There is no need to keep the driving license-RC. The government is going to make changes in the Motor Vehicle Act soon. On behalf of the Ministry of Transportation, people have sought the opinion of the people by issuing a draft in this regard. After this change, you do not need to keep the original paper of jury documents like Driving License, RC, Insurance with you. You can put it in a digital format on your smartphone. If you want to take advantage of this rule, then make your digital DL, RC as soon as possible. You do not have to do much for this, rather you have to store a document related to your vehicle in the government's designer. Then whenever your papers like driving license or RC are requested during check-in, you can easily show store driving license in the digital locker on your smartphone.

Open your Digital Locker in this way if you want to take advantage of Digital DL, RC, then open Digital Locker first. You can download it from the Google Play Store by going to https://digilocker.gov.in/ for this digital locker. After downloading the app, you need to sign up and create your account. After creating an account, you can upload your documents here and keep them safe. Let us tell you that you can use the documents kept in the digital tracker as your identity card and as an address proof.

Our Road transport minister said that the large no of suggestion and RTI application were received in which people have raised the issue that travel document and RC paper is to be legalized present in the digital locker.
Keeping these things in mind, these steps have been raised by the government.
